Happy to share this review, first of all thanks to Dr.Ravi Kumar sir for giving good treatment about disc bulge and Sciatica leg pain. The way of treatment and progress of patient is observing by daily basis. This Hospital is very good solution for spinal related problems. No other Allopathy doctor can cure like Dr. Ravi Kumar Sir. This is my and my family own experience. I am a Deputy Executive Engineer in APGENCo. I faced severe neck pain upto shoulders and lower back pain from April-2021. I took MRI. in that it was found that, 4 discs in neck(C3-C7) and L4-L5 disc were prollapsed severely. English doctors gave pain killers and told nothing. Tips for patients like me.
1. Consult Aditya Aurveda gram at the initial symptoms. There will be 100% cure guarantee. I had minor symptoms like hand fingers stiffness and pain, back pain, tiredness etc. I consulted 3 English doctors in 3 years. But none of them could identify root cause, simply gave vitamin tablets.. So my problem become worst.
2. First take bed rest for 1 month. Be cool, don't be panic. Problem will reduce 50%. Don't do exercises by seeing YouTube. Unless the discs are cured no exercise will help us, further discs will damage. ( My cervical disc got herniated and water leaked after rotation, i.e. severe than prollapse.
3. After completion of treatment do exercises as shown by Dr. Ravi Kumar daily, and avoid forward bending, lifting weights more than 10 kg. we will never get pain in life
